On Wednesday 25th of June join us for a special evening with Monique & Tim from Manon—true pioneers of Australia’s natural wine movement.

For over a decade, they’ve practiced regenerative organic farming in the Forest Range, crafting expressive, terroir-driven wines from their stunning 400-metre-high vineyard overlooking the Gulf of St Vincent and Adelaide.

We’ve been long-time admirers of their work and are thrilled to host them at Poly for a Meet the Winemakers event. Taste current releases alongside rare back vintages dating back to 2020, and enjoy a relaxed chat with the makers themselves.

Expect by-the-glass pours of iconic cuvées like High Paradise, Geoponika, Peaches, and Juno, paired with a special set menu and matching wines—or opt for à la carte.
